Any damaged packages received by the client should be notified to Africargo immediately upon notice, we will then take the relevant procedures to compensate or replace, goods dependent on signed agreement.

There’s no maximum weight when it comes to sending with Africargo. It could be a million tonnes we would find a way to send it out.
We take cash or card. That means bank transfer is valid too. You’ll see details of where to send on your invoice if it’s a remote transaction and then there’s more options if you come directly to our store.
